Our Client is a fast growing health products group in Hong Kong with business in Asia and UK. They are now inviting applications with the following requirements:
- To provide full range of secretarial support to the Director including travel arrangement, itinerary, meetings and projects management
- Handle emails and business correspondence
- Hands on MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
- Independent and willing to work for extra miles, very good team player.
- Degree holder
- With at least 5 years of stable secretarial experience for senior executives
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
