Job Responsibilities:

Our client is a sizable Company with businesses in HK, PRC and overseas market.  Due to business expansion, they are now inviting applications with the following requirements:

  • Provide administrative support to the Department
  • Handle procurement process such as pantry replenishment , printing matters etc
  • Arrange office equipment and facilities maintenance, pest control and office cleaning services
  • Provide clerical support to Administration Department such as data entry and filing
  • Assist in managing service contracts, coordinating with vendors and arranging logistics
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects assigned


  • Degree or above
  • At least 3 years’ relevant experience
  • Sound communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Good team player, proactive, strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficient in PC operations eg MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese word processing
