Our client is a Hong Kong listed sizable company.  They are now looking for candidates with the following requirements to fit various new headcounts in various team:



  • To provide administrative and secretarial support to managers and team members;
  • Handle Travel arrangements, coordinate meetings, manage expenses claims;
  • Prepare offer letters, update leasing documents, sales analysis and join-venture reports;
  • Coordinate of corporate/marketing events, follow up logistics;
  • Conference calls coordination, agenda and reports preparation
  • Handle confidential documents and presentation materials



  • Degree holder in Business Administration, business or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years’ secretarial/business support in finance, commercial building or property industry
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese/Putonghua
  • Hands on MS Office
  • A very good team player and always willing to go extra mile to excel.
