Our client is a Hong Kong listed sizable company. They are now looking for candidates with the following requirements to fit various new headcounts in various team:
- To provide administrative and secretarial support to managers and team members;
- Handle Travel arrangements, coordinate meetings, manage expenses claims;
- Prepare offer letters, update leasing documents, sales analysis and join-venture reports;
- Coordinate of corporate/marketing events, follow up logistics;
- Conference calls coordination, agenda and reports preparation
- Handle confidential documents and presentation materials
- Degree holder in Business Administration, business or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ secretarial/business support in finance, commercial building or property industry
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese/Putonghua
- Hands on MS Office
- A very good team player and always willing to go extra mile to excel.
