Our client is a reputable global bank, they are seeking for high caliber candidate for serving their Senior Management.

Job Description

  • Provide personal assistance to Head of Client Operations, ASP in daily work
  • Communicate and handle incoming and outgoing emails on behalf of Head of Client Operations, ASP and respond where appropriate
  • To provide administrative and secretarial support (including business travel arrangements, diary and calendar management) to the management team
  • Promptly screen and handle the daily calls and inquiries and respond independently to routine issues and questions
  • Organise and facilitate periodical meetings, conferences
  • Coordinating the Client Operations management offsite, training and townhall
  • Assist on invoice processing and expense claims
  • Plan and arrange overseas trips for the senior executive and visiting Senior Management members.
  • Support the Client Operations team in local and regional headcount management
  • Assist with interview arrangement, on-boarding and off-boarding local staff (regional staff if req), in coordination with the local and regional HR
  • Coordinate with Team Administrators to consolidate the organization chart and seating plan
  • Support team administration including, but not limited to, office management, IT and HR systems
  • Provide support on ad hoc projects and initiatives as required
  • Supervise, train and assign the work of lower-level employees
  • Provide cover for peer colleagues and deputise for Senior colleagues

Need resource to:

  • Have previous experience working in administrative support
  • Have good Microsoft Office skills
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Sound organisational skills, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
  • Good level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team, as well as maintain confidentiality and show initiative when needed
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and quality delivery within tight timescales
