  • Provide full spectrum of office administration functions including procurement of office supplies, maintaining office hygiene and housekeeping, fixed asset management and office maintenance etc.
  • Be responsible for review, formulation and implementation of company policies & procedures
  • Supervise a team of frontline staff to ensure smooth operations
  • Manage business travel arrangements including hotel booking and transportation etc.
  • Assist in other ad-hoc projects and assigned duties 


  • University degree or above in any disciplines
  • At least 5 years administration experience in sizable company of which 1-2 years at supervisory level. Experience in leading frontline staff is preferred.
  • Be a good team player, positive thinking, high flexibility, innovative and able to work under pressure
  • Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills in dealing with people at all levels
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, English & Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)
  • Occasional travel is needed
