Administration Officer



Central and Western


  • Provide full spectrum of office administration functions including procurement of office facilities supplies, handling of telecommunication, security issue and office maintenance etc.
  • Responsible for review, formulation and implementation of company policies & procedures
  • Establish communication systems by identifying needs, evaluating options, maintaining equipment and controlling budget
  • Supervise a team of administrative staff to ensure smooth operations
  • Provide support to other business units and group functions
  • Manage travel arrangements including hotel booking and transportation etc.
  • Assist in organizing other ad-hoc projects



  • University degree or above in any disciplines
  • At least 5 years administration experience in sizable company
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, English & Chinese Word Processing
  • Be a good team player, independent, self-motivated, positive thinking, possess good interpersonal skills, capable to communicate with all levels
  • Customer-orientated, high integrity and be creative
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)
  • Occasional travel is needed
  • Immediate available is preferred
  • Candidate with less experience can be considered as Assistant Administration Officer
