1. To prepare different types of schedules, Portfolio Valuation Report, Asset & Liabilities etc. for clients independently.
2. To prepare simple private clients’ accounts independently.
3. To input account records from different kinds of source documents.
4. To assist in defining accounting ledgers.
5. To liaise with internal/external parties to complete assignment.
6. To handle all exception reports in daily operations.
7. To prepare all assigned monthly reports.
8. To assist the account closing or new business by gathering relevant information and input.
9. To assist the system testing if necessary.
10. To prepare fax / letter to fund manager / Bank for information.
11. To follow the departmental procedure and make sure the procedure is up-to-date.
12. To prepare the report/schedule to Chinese version.
13. To liaise with GZT staff for daily operations
- Diploma or Degree holder major in Accounting
- With some experience in Accounting or Auditing
- Fresh graduate will be considerated too
